Incut - Video Editor (Incut) is a video editing application provided by Incut. Incut respects and protects users’ personal privacy. Please put more emphasis on the bolded terms in this policy, which have a significant relationship with your rights and interests (possibly). Before using or continuing to use our products and services, please read carefully and fully understand this policy.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

1) Storage permission: When you use the video/photo editing or collage feature, we need permission to access your local media to select videos or images. When you save the finished video or photo, we need the storage permission of the local media, in order to save the video or photo and change the save path; This permission is only for editing and saving videos or photos. We will not obtain any video or photos from your device, nor will we modify or delete the content in your local media storage.

2) Network permission: If you want Incut download the material when your device used the “WLAN & Mobile Data”. This permission is only used for the function mentioned above. We will not obtain any other information through this permission authorization.

3) Microphone permission: When you use the audio recording feature, we need microphone permission to record audio; This permission is only used for audio recording. At the same time, your unfinished video will be stored in the Incut draft box and local device. So if your audio material is applied to the unfinished video, it also will be stored in the Incut draft box and local device. If you delete it in the draft box or local media storage, Incut will not store the related audio material.

4) Audio to Text: When you use the auto caption feature, your audio will be uploaded to our server for processing. The collected audio/video material will never be disclosed and only used for conversion, it will be deleted automatically after process.

5) Cloud processing permission: When you use some advanced processing features such as Advanced Remove, Precise Cutout, or other future enhancement features, your photos may be uploaded to our cloud servers for processing. We only access and process your photos when necessary to provide the services you have requested. After processing is complete, we will delete these photos to ensure your privacy and security.

6) Face recognition: When you use some face editing or synthesis functions, we automatically captures the positions and shapes of your five sense organs, analyzes the facial feature information for photo processing, and returns the renderings to you. We will not store such photos、videos, facial feature information, or renderings, or share them with any third party. Such information is processed only to run the face recognition function and provide you with better renderings. If the content of your video editing involves facial feature information that is not your own, you need to inform the subject of personal information and obtain the consent of the subject of personal information.

● Customer service and after-sales service: When you send feedback via email or provide us with an error report, we will obtain your username, email address, and email content, so that we can communicate with you about problems encountered during the use of our products and services.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

● Generally, we do not collect any personal identifiable information ('PII') from you when you download our applications. To be specific, we do not require the consumers to get registered before downloading the application, nor do we keep track of the consumers' visits of our application, and we don't store such PII.

● Incut will never collect and store your photos or face data when you use our application. All videos and photos on your device will be stored locally. And any PII can not be shared with any third parties.

● In order to improve your experience, Incut will store the contents of the draft box locally on the device until you actively delete it not limited but including the video and the audio material applied to video. This is only for your convenience and will not be used in any other way.

● We will work hard to provide protection for users' information security to prevent information loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure. And use various security protection measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information. For example, anonymize your personal information.

● We will work hard to protect your personal information, but please understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on the Internet. We will provide corresponding security measures to protect your information according to existing technology and provide reasonable security guarantees. We will do our best to prevent your information from being leaked, damaged or lost.

Please note that you may still see ads after turning off this option, but the relevance of ads will be reduced.

9. Children Under 13

Incut mainly provides its products and services to people over 13 years old (or the prescribed age in your country/region). If you are the guardian of a child user under the age of 13 (or the prescribed age in your country/region), we remind you to properly perform guardianship duties to protect the safety of children's personal information.
